By using the CPR PRO TRAINER website, booking a class, or participating in our training programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Nature of Services

CPR PRO TRAINER provides training in:

Basic Life Support (BLS)

CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Choking Response

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use

First Aid

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

We focus on hands-on, skills-based learning led by certified and experienced healthcare professionals. We do not provide emergency medical care or act as a substitute for licensed medical services.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in our training.
By enrolling, you confirm you meet these requirements and are physically able to participate in the training exercises.

Bookings and Cancellations

By booking a class:

You agree to provide accurate personal details.

You acknowledge that class schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances (you will be notified promptly).

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or credit.

Certification

Upon successfully completing your course and meeting assessment requirements, you will receive a certification valid for the recommended renewal period.
We do not guarantee passing—certification is based on demonstrated skills and knowledge.

Liability Disclaimer

CPR PRO TRAINER is not liable for injuries sustained during training when safety instructions are not followed.

We are not responsible for how skills learned in training are applied outside our classes.

Training is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical services.

Corporate/Group Training

We offer on-site and off-site training for organizations, subject to agreement on location, participant numbers, and pricing.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, logos, and training resources are the property of CPR PRO TRAINER and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.
